At Mahavir Impex, we follow strict quality control processes to ensure that every product delivered meets our standards.

No Return Policy

  • We maintain a strict no-return policy for all products except in specific cases mentioned below.

Eligible Return (Only Case)

  • Returns are accepted only if a wrong product has been delivered.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photo/video proof of the incorrect product must be provided
  • The product must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and original invoice

Return Process

  • Once the request is approved, our team will guide you through the return procedure
  • The product must be shipped back using the instructed logistics method

Refund / Replacement

  • After inspection and verification:
    • A replacement product will be shipped, OR
    • A refund will be processed if replacement is not available
  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days via the original payment method

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our error)
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Minor variations in product appearance or specifications
